Permissions

This is for common permissions without having to contact you constantly. For prescribed medication, you will be asked to sign a separate consent form for each request.

The Admin Stuff

We know that this can be the boring stuff - you’ve got a lot on your plate(!) - but we encourage you to spend a few extra minutes to read everything carefully.

Please note: Registration fee of £ 50.00 and the first months fee must be paid on enrolling.

All fees and invoices must be paid before the 1st of each month.
Please note that bank holidays are payable as normal.
Unfortunately we can’t accept your child for care without payment before the 1st of every month (including the registration fee when enrolling).
Due to demand we can not hold your child’s space should the registration fee not be paid upon time
We have a 4 week notice policy. If you would like to leave the bambooh family we will require a written notice.
If you would like to make any changes to your enrolment - such as days or times - please note we will need 4 weeks written notice, this will result an a full month fees regardless the resignation date the month before.
Please note our invoices will be sent on or before the 24th of each month.
Our Invoiced Start dates and days will fall on the fist Monday of each month.
Children starting during the course of the month must pay the registration Fee of £50 and a full months fee.
Our fees are reviewed annually, we will inform parents 3 months in advance of any increases or changes to fees. (Our most recent fee increase of 10% was on September 2020).
